R Option Model: Short Covering vs Real Buying #CASH #SPX #NDX

R Option Model read short covering until 11:30am EST today. So far #SPX and #NDX recovered to near flat for the day. This is stronger than I expected given Asian and European price action.

Most likely the model will maintain current levels of cash this week.

The weekly and monthly charts do not give confidence to the bulls but we all know that this can change quickly given the current volatility.
