The last update was on Dec 16, 2019. That day the model detected inflows from China that extended to EU and USA. That move lasted over a month! The market have had an extraordinary 30 days.
I am not great a predicting that future prices can continue or not… On other hand we need to be aware of the speed and the current push higher.
For those that were around, just remember Jan 2018 and the following month. Back then, it did not take much to move the SPX to a -10% from the highs and I want to think that now it is still possible to have a similar move.
PE Ratios moving with prices and Earnings just started.
If the SPX does not trade lower that the low is this week, there is not a reason to think about the downside yet.
