Equity Markets got a liquidity injection! Have the Virus Passed?

Last week we traded to All Time Highs after the news of the Liquidity Injection

My question is:

WHY DID THE MARKET NOT TRADE TO LAST YEAR TOP AFTER THE CORONA-VIRUS NEWS?

Current price action suggest that investor are well hedge or that are not caring of a possible drop in equity prices … we are at or near all time highs.

WHY?
