We can simply look at his actions. In the fourth quarter, Warren Buffett appears to have sold $7 billion worth of stock. In the same period he appears to have bought $1.58 billion worth of stock. Clearly he is a net seller. Warren Buffett’s cash pile in BRKB has grown to over $128 billion.
This is an extraordinary amount of cash. He has not shown any signs of deploying it, perhaps because he feels the market is too high.
