Jony Ive…looking to “update” the mobile market

Jony Ive, the iconic designer behind the iPhone, has taken an unexpected turn in his career.

OpenAI plans to develop a new generation of AI-powered devices that could render the iPhone, Apple’s flagship product, obsolete.

This could significantly impact AAPL’s valuation.

The collaboration between Ive and OpenAI aims to eliminate dependence on traditional smartphones.

It is a direct challenge to Apple, where Ive worked for nearly three decades. OpenAI, backed by giants like Microsoft.
