Discover the Power of “Pulse”
Today, I want to tell you a story about how NinjaTrader 8 just elevated the game with its latest update: the “Pulse” indicator. It’s not just another tool; it’s like having a radar that captures real positions from other trades in the futures market.

Note that until today, it sums data from its own broker: Pulse Indicator data will only populate for NinjaTrader Brokerage, Tradovate Brokerage, and Tradovate-based prop firm accounts.
“Pulse” collects this authentic data—entries, exits, long and short positions—and makes it public directly on the NinjaTrader platform. The best part? It’s completely free, both on the web and desktop versions.

What got me thinking, for example, in futures, mini contracts tend to position in one direction, while micros go the opposite way. It’s like seeing an internal battle in the market! This reveals a collective sentiment you don’t see in standard charts: are the big players accumulating longs while retail goes short? That info I have to analyze in detail, giving me an edge.
If you’re a trader looking for tools that make a difference, “Pulse” could be your new ally. I’ve been using NinjaTrader for years and I assure you: it is help me to read the market participants actions. If you want to download it or more tips, contact me directly.
