NYSE Cash movement is negative and however Nasdaq is positive (last chart)
The VIX is not experiencing any major move thus is making me think that we are experiencing a portfolio reallocation from the institutional players at his levels. I don’t see major players exiting with net inflows in the NASDAQ.
