WORLD MARKETS #SPX

The world market are taking a negative after tha flat day yerteday.   In mean while I am taking this opportunity to increase my allocation in beaten sectors. The RUT and NDX de-correlation cannt last forever.   GOLD did not break the berish trend line that started some days ago.

The new money that comes in the beginning of the month is propelling stocks higher but it is time to be cautious , not extreme cautious.       Gold futures are at $1323, silver futures are at $20.93, and oil futures are $ 104.95.   DJIA futures are up 16  points.

The futures of SP500  (ESU4) traded to 1944 (we changed contract) and gave up some mix signals   Trading long the SPY with Options   Going long VXX (Long term)   Taking profits on the GLD trade. There is cash entering the markets, there is a good chance we trade to the highs again.

Sooner or later we will break of the range in and because of the holiday I guess the short will not want to hold their positions over the long weekend. The market internals shows buying pressure 1.7: 1 in NYSE and 1.85 : 1 in Nasdaq. We will brake to the upside. Ahead of weekend
