The Equity markers around the world traded lower over the weekend and after the US open American Indexes experienced a great turn around from the negative pessimism over night. The link below give you details about the Fund Flow YTD NORTH AMERICA, -44BN in Bonds and +6.5Bn in Equity this does not match the data collected the first 2 weeks of 2018 and is an issue vs Dec 2018 data. Short sellers are normally better inform that bulls. Fixed Income and very short term
